Dr. Harika Chadive graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.S. in Information Systems and then received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota. She completed two years of General Practice Residency training at NYU Langone Medical Center. Dr. Chadive was selected as Chief resident and received recognition as an outstanding resident and for excellence in her oral surgery abilities.
She trained on more advanced procedures including implant placement, root canal therapy and is also Invisalign certified.
As a child, Dr. Chadive did not have the greatest experiences at the dentist which motivated her to became a dentist herself, hoping to provide better experiences for others. She prides herself on always having open and honest conversations with her patients and strives to treat each patient like family.
When she isn't practicing dentistry,
Dr. C enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé, family, and friends. In her free time, she can be found exploring the outdoors, binging on a tv show, or experimenting with new recipes.

Dr. Jacob Young was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. For his undergraduate studies, Dr. Young attended the University of Missouri and graduated summa cum laude with a degree in biological sciences. Following completion of his undergraduate studies, Dr. Young attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry where he obtained valuable experience in all aspects of general dentistry and extensive training through the Oral Surgery Honors Program.
He served as Vice President of his dental school class for four years and he was voted Student of the Year for two consecutive years by fellow colleagues.
Dr. Young’s wife, Dr. Jourdan Kilthau, is a general dentist in the U.S. Army. Following completion of dental school, Dr. Young and his wife relocated to South Carolina on military orders where he worked as an associate general dentist. Dr. Young quickly excelled and went on to manage his own dental office. Dr. Young and Dr. Kilthau are now permanently stationed in northern Virginia and look forward to exploring the area.
When not in the office, you can find Dr. Young spending time with his wife, dog (Sarge), friends and family. He enjoys spending time outdoors biking, hiking, fishing, skiing, attending concerts and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.
Dr. Young strives to make each patient’s dental experience as positive and comfortable as possible. He attends continuing education courses year-round, allowing him to stay up to date with the ever-changing and technologically advanced dental profession. He believes that it is most important to always place the patient first, addressing their chief concern while also providing customized, conservative, and comprehensive care.
